Accessibility statement

Profilia is committed to making its website accessible. This statement is published voluntarily, follows the model of the French accessibility framework (RGAA 4.1, based on WCAG 2.1), and applies to profilia.app in all five of its languages.

Conformance status

profilia.app is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA and with RGAA 4.1, because of the non-conformities and pending checks listed below.

Test results

The internal audit carried out on 25 September 2026 combined automated tests (axe-core, on 19 screens) and manual checks: completing a full test with the keyboard only, tab order and focus visibility, contrast of every text colour, display on a 320-pixel-wide screen, support for the "reduce motion" setting, and the language of every page in all five languages. The issues found were fixed following this audit, except those listed below.

This is an internal audit, not a full RGAA audit on a sample of pages defined by its method, so no conformance rate is published. Since 26 September 2026, an automated check (axe-core, WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules) runs on the main screens every time the site is changed.

Non-accessible content

Non-conformities and pending checks

  • No test has yet been carried out by a person using a screen reader (VoiceOver, NVDA). Spoken announcements were checked in the code and in the browser's accessibility tree, not by listening.
  • Display at 200% was checked by reducing the window size, not yet with the browser's actual zoom.
  • The share images generated for social networks (result card, DNA card) are drawn in the browser and have no detailed text alternative. Their content is available as text on the result page and on the My DNA page.
  • The accessible names of the choices in the group creation form, and of some buttons on the participant page on mobile, have not yet been checked.
  • The display of emails (sign-in link) has not been tested across email clients.

PDF document

The downloadable result PDF is not tagged. Its entire content is available, in an accessible form, on the online result page, of which it is a copy (RGAA 13.3, accessible alternative).

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 26 September 2026.

  • Technologies used: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (Alpine.js).
  • Test environment: Chromium on macOS, at 1280 × 800 pixels, 320 pixels wide and 640 × 400 pixels.
  • Tools: axe-core, the browser's accessibility inspector, contrast computed with the WCAG formula.
  • Pages checked: home, test pages, question and result screens, profile page, team test pages, group mode (overview, host view), comparison, blog (list and article), sign-in, My DNA, Solutions, Personality test guide.
